Foundation

  • Walls:  10” Poured concrete on top of poured concrete footings with a 60-mil flexible, polymer-enhanced ‘Watchdog’ waterproof foundation coating

*Forced Air HVAC Option has a 96% Energy Star rated ‘Navien’ tankless water heater. Energy Star rated gas fired “Lennox” AFLUE warm furnace with zone damper and an 14 seer air conditioning condenser. Air Filter by “Air Bear” and sized for system and a “Honeywell” bypass humidifier.
